  • To manage requests: To address and manage your inquiries and requests submitted to us.

JetPlus ELD only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of JetPlus ELD in limited circumstances below:

  • Subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies, or Trusted Businesses: Information may be provided to these entities for processing personal information on JetPlus ELD's behalf.   • Merger, Acquisition, or Sale of Assets: If JetPlus ELD is involved in such an event, notice will be provided before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • Aggregated, Non-Personal Information: JetPlus ELD may share certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information with third parties. This refers to information recorded about users and collected into groups, ensuring it no longer reflects or references an individually identifiable user.

All information you provide is stored on our secure servers or servers licensed for our use. JetPlus ELD complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

If you use a password to access certain services or engage with our customer support, you are responsible for keeping it secure and changing it periodically (at least every 90 days). Sharing your password with others is discouraged. Any login or instruction given with your credentials will be considered as authorized by you.

Please note: while JetPlus ELD strives to protect your data using industry-standard measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Any transmission is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are constantly trying to improve our Services and provide our users with more features. Any information that we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We may, however, modify and revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@jetpluseld.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
