Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation, your access to Jetplus ELD services, including any Premium Services, will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Hardware purchased from Jetplus ELD may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned hardware must be in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Jetplus ELD offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on subscription fees. If you are not satisfied with the service within 14 days of the initial purchase, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
